Marta Fort once again referred to the complex dynamics within the family business and the personal ties that bind the Fort family during a period of intense media exposure. According to Agencia Noticias Argentinas, on Desayuno Americano, Ricardo Fort's heir acknowledged progress, pending tensions, and the difficult balance between internal conflicts and the emotional state of her relatives. "It had its ups and downs, but I think now I'm going to go and heal in some way. So, we are fine," she said.

Marta stated that she is seeking a more harmonious relationship with Eduardo Fort: "I will establish a relationship with Eduardo," she expressed, hinting at a possible reconciliation. When asked about her current relationship with her uncle, Marta described a climate of truce: "There was an impasse where we didn't talk about the factories, but it's okay. We don't talk, but we are fine."

The young businesswoman acknowledged that it was she who decided to de-escalate the tension: "Yes, because I know that both RocĂo and he are at a stage where there is a lot of information. So, yes, it was difficult for me to go to my place or to be recognized as another owner," she affirmed.

She also emphasized that she understands them: "My two uncles, who are also owners, are of a different age, a different formation, and it is expected that they would treat me that way," she added.

Regarding her personal conflict with her cousin Thomas Fort, Marta did not avoid directness: "With Thomas, I have a separate personal problem. It's not the same as my relationship with John or other people in my family," she stated, marking a clear and lasting distance. "No matter how close he is, I have no relationship with Thomas."

Finally, she assured that the situation with him is different from the one she has with other family members: "Thomas, for me personally, crossed a line, and that already exceeds me. I don't want to worry them or fight over things," she said.

In addition, she added that in any case, she keeps the door open to resume her role: "I can still go to the factory, I can rejoin and talk there quietly." Marta also recalled her public statement in which she demanded more space within the company and admitted that there were obstacles to her professional growth: "At the time, I was complaining that I couldn't grow, that there was a hindrance in my career as a businesswoman."

According to her, the resistance had generational roots: "Obviously, by being younger and new to the factory, we are going to have to earn some kind of right of passage. A decisive point is happening, an important moment in which problems can be added."
